Job Title:  Regional Vice President of Growth (RVP of Growth)​

Summary of Position

​

The Regional VP of Sales is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a specific geographic region in the healthcare industry. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, Medical Groups, and other healthcare organizations. The RVP of Growth will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and achieve/exceed annual sales quotas.

 

Key Responsibilities​

​

  • Strategy and Planning:​​

    • Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts within the healthcare industry.

    • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities.​​

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned region to achieve revenue targets.

Business Development

​

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and cold-calling potential customers.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate prospects about the company's products and services.

 

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

​

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and sales performance metrics, for management review.

 

Qualifications and Requirements​

​

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in healthcare technology and revenue cycle management.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders and build relationships.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a constant eye for opportunities in innovation and disruption.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing a regional territory and travel as needed.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
